How do I add family members?

If you’re on a family plan, you can add up to 5 members directly through your dashboard: simply click “Add a family member” in the menu bar. If you can’t see the menu bar, click on the menu icon in the top-right corner (two horizontal lines).

To help us find and remove as many records as possible, make sure you provide all possible details like aliases, previous locations, phone numbers, and emails. 

Each member will have a separate dashboard tab with their own removal statistics and statuses. If you’re on a Pro plan, please note that you also need to give consent for non-public data broker opt-outs for each member individually in their tabs.

How do I remove a member from my family account?

To remove a person, click on “Edit your family info” in the menu bar, then click “Remove” under Actions.

The changes take effect immediately. You can also add a new member instead of the removed one right away.
