To change your billing information, go to the Plans & Billing page (note that you need to be logged into your account): onerep.com/account/plans-billing.
There, you can update your payment method, change your plan, and track your billing history.
If the link above doesn’t work, take the following steps:
Step 1: Log in to your account. If the menu bar is hidden, click on the menu icon in the upper-right corner.
Step 2: Click “Plans & Billings.”
Step 3: Add or update your payment method.
