You can edit the personal information we use to find your profiles on data brokers as well as your account information.
Information we scan for on data brokers
To update your personal information, go to this page: onerep.com/account/members. If the link doesn’t work, click on the menu icon in the upper right corner, then “Edit your info.”
On the appearing page, click “Edit” to the right of your information.
The details you can edit include:
- Your name: Add first, middle, and last name variations. Note, however, that you need to contact support to change your first and last name.
- Phone number: Change and add more numbers.
- Address: Change your primary address and add past ones. Note that you can delete extra addresses at any time but your primary one needs to remain for Onerep to perform an accurate search.
- Email: Change and add more email accounts.
To change your first and last name or date of birth, contact Onerep support by phone at 855-856-6655, by email at support@onerep.com, or via the live chat.
Note that you need to click “Save” for changes to take effect.
Any changes to your personal information will automatically launch a new scan to look up the edited details and update your results.
Account information
This information is used to set up your account and contact you.
To update it, go to this page: onerep.com/account/settings.
Here, you can edit your:
- Name
- Phone number
- Email address
Note that this information isn’t used for finding your profiles on data brokers and any changes to it won’t trigger a new scan.
